Supreme Cuts N Color Policies
At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Supreme Cuts N Color experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments, as it allows us a chance to fill these appointment openings.
If you booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment, we request notice 3 hours before scheduled start time.
Appointment/Walk-in Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.
We will always send you an email and/or text (depending on your communication preference) in advance of your appointment as a reminder.
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will put your appointment in the queue with other guests, resulting in a possible delay to your start time.
Walk-ins are welcome! There may be a waiting period due to other walk-ins or appointments. Always feel free to schedule an appointment at a later date that best fits your schedule.
Service Redo’s/Refund Policy
Due to the artistic nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds on any services performed or products sold. Our main objective is to help you look and feel your best.
After 7 days of your visit, we are no longer able to offer adjustments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your services, please contact us within 24 hours so we can remedy the situation.
Children:
No Children under the age of 13 are to be left unattended. Teenagers 16 and older are welcome to receive services with a parent’s or guardian’s approval and appropriate paperwork.
